How to make Bread Pakora
To make bread pakora, first boil the potatoes, peel them and mash them in a big bowl. After this, finely chop green chillies and coriander. After this, add green chillies, green coriander, red chilli powder, cumin powder, dry mango powder, garam masala, dry fruits and salt as per taste to the mashed potatoes and mix all the ingredients well.
After this, add gram flour and rice flour in a deep bowl and mix. Add baking soda, red chilli powder and salt to it and mix it. Now add water little by little to make a batter. Keep in mind that the batter should not be too thick or too thin. After this, take two bread slices and prepare one of them. Spread the prepared masala all around. After this, place the second bread on top and press lightly.

After this, cut the bread into triangular pieces with the help of a knife. Similarly, take all the breads, fill them with the stuffing and prepare the bread for the pakoras. Now put oil in a pan and heat it on medium flame. When the oil gets hot, dip the prepared breads in the gram flour batter and fry them in the pan. Put for. Fry the bread pakoras for 2-3 minutes by turning them until they become golden in color from both the sides and the pakoras are cooked well.
